Membership
- All members must register with the club and provide accurate contact information.

Conduct
- All members must treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times.
- Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Meetings
- Regular meetings will be held at a time agreed upon by members and members are expected to attend meetings regularly and notify the club if they cannot attend.
Club Management
- Roles and responsibilities (e.g., leadership, committees) will be assigned as needed and rotated periodically.
- Club decisions will be made by majority vote during meetings, unless otherwise specified.
- Members can submit suggestions or proposals for discussion and voting.
Club Finance
- All club funds must be used for the benefit of the club and its members.
