We don't want to charge anything, but expect that we will have to charge someone something if this site gets popular. Right now we think we should probably charge clubs, but maybe donations would be the way forward?

Here's are current thoughts:
Fees are charged after 6 months for each club that has been added to the site and accepts new members. We do not charge until a club has opened up for membership requestsfor months where the club has chosen to keep membership closed. This allows clubs to advertise for free, and they can explain in the main text how to join the club.
