Club Launchpad can send a notification to your phone, tablet or computer when there's news from your clubs: announcements, membership updates, new surveys and so on. They go out for the same things as your emails, so if you've turned an email off, you won't get the notification either.
Notifications are turned on separately on each device. Go to your notification settings on the device you want them on, and follow the steps below.
Android phones and tablets
- Open Club Launchpad in Chrome and log in.
- To put an icon on your home screen, tap the menu (three dots) and choose Install and create shortcuts, then Install. This is optional, but makes it easier to come back.
- On your notification settings, tap Turn on notifications on this device, then Allow.

iPhone and iPad
Apple only allows website notifications once the site is on your Home Screen, and it needs iOS 16.4 or later.
- Open Club Launchpad in Safari.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up), then Add to Home Screen, then Add.
- Open Club Launchpad from the new icon on your Home Screen and log in. You need to log in once inside the Home Screen app, even if you're already logged in in Safari. Tick "remember me" so you stay logged in.
- Go to your notification settings page, tap Turn on notifications on this device, then Allow.
Computers
In Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, log in, go to your notification settings page and click Turn on notifications on this device.
Quiet hours
By default we don't send notifications between 10pm and 8am. Anything that arrives overnight is saved, and we send one catch-up notification in the morning. You can change the times or turn quiet hours off on your notification settings page. Emails aren't affected.
Anything you missed
Everything we've notified you about is listed on your notifications page, with anything you haven't read yet highlighted.
Turning notifications off
Tap Turn off on this device on your notification settings page, or remove a device from the list there. Signing out on a device also stops notifications to it.
